Terms of Service

Last updated: November 5, 2026 · Contact: [email protected]

These Terms cover use of catchcallus.com and CatchCall services. By using the site or buying a plan, you agree to them. This is a short SMB v1 document — not a substitute for a lawyer-reviewed contract.

The service

CatchCall provides assisted front-desk operations for small businesses, including Google review reply drafts, missed-call text-backs, and booking reminders, as described in your plan (Starter $249/mo or Growth $399/mo, or a custom quote). Features may change as we improve the product.

Your responsibilities

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are for ongoing service, not a one-time software license. Unpaid invoices may result in pause or cancellation of service.

Cancellation

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, you may cancel with written notice (email is fine) before the next billing period. We may suspend or end service for non-payment or misuse.

Intellectual property

CatchCall branding, site design, and our internal playbooks remain ours. Your logos, customer lists, and business content remain yours. Draft copy we create for your account is licensed for your business use.

No guarantees

We work to reduce missed calls, improve review response, and support reminder workflows. We do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, or booking outcomes. Third-party platforms (Google, carriers, SMS tools) can change or fail without our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CatchCall’s total liability for any claim related to the site or service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, reputational harm).

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold CatchCall harmless from claims arising from your content, your customers’ disputes, or your failure to obtain required consents for messaging.

Website use

Do not misuse the site (scraping that harms the service, attempting unauthorized access, or illegal activity). Site content is provided “as is.”

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in courts located in Berks County or another mutually agreed Pennsylvania venue.
