How we use information

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted processors (email hosting, SMS providers, cloud tools) solely to operate the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your content

You own your business content and customer communications. Draft replies we create for you are for your use. You decide what gets published or sent.

Retention & security

We keep account and operational records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or billing requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to update your details, request deletion of marketing contacts, or ask questions about data we hold for your account. Some records may be retained where required for contracts or law.

Children

CatchCall is a business service and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site or service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
